Where Is My Proof?

  • Once your order is processed, it will then be sent to our proofing staff. Proofs are typically sent out by the next day. 
  • You'll receive a proof email once your proof is ready to view.
  • To approve your proof, you can click the "Approve the Proof" button in the proof email. You can also approve it via the website under "Proof Pending" by clicking on your account in the top right.

Why Can’t I Approve My Proof?

  • If you are unable to approve your proof, please reach out to us with your order number, and we will look into this for you.

My Proof Is Wrong

  • While we do our best to make sure the proof is accurate the first time, there is a chance that a proof may have an issue.
  • When the proof is sent to your account, there will be an option to approve or not approve the proof.
  • In the case that you do notice an issue with your proof, please let us know right away.
  • You can select the “Not Approved” option, then you will have the opportunity to send us a note about what is incorrect, and upload new files if necessary. You can let us know if you would like to use an edited file, text needs to be changed, an option is in the wrong place, or if you would like to change any aspect of the proof order.
  • If the changes are more complicated, or you have questions about the proof as it stands, feel free to send us an email, or give us a call!
  • If you request to update the proof, changes should usually be made by the next business day, unless there are questions or concerns that arise.
